I wholeheartedly recommend Mac performance. The exceptionally professional physical therapists and management staff are just that professional and thoughtful, caring and focused on you as the complete individual and your needs. No one ever rushes you and they are very careful to go at a pace that is both therapeutic and safe Everyone has been kind and very understanding with regard to the process of recovery, post surgery or injury. They are super. Chris has been my primary therapist and he is amazingly gifted.

As a post surgical shoulder patient, I’ve been treated at MAC Performance Physical Therapy in Folsom since December 2025. I’ve been treated by other Physical Therapists over the years for other injuries. Also, I’ve been exposed to many physical therapist as my husband is a Chiropractor at an Occupational Therapy Clinic. In addition, we own a Chiropractic Continuing Education business approved by the State Board in which I’ve monitored twice monthly seminars for 25yrs. My Therapist, Dr. Connor has proven himself to be highly knowledgeable of the human anatomy, skilled, motivating and takes the time to explain why and what he is doing during my twice weekly therapies as well as the exercises he provides in person and through emails for homework. After my therapy, while on the ice machine I’ve observed the other PT’s… I’m equally impressed with their skills as well. The front office staff are friendly and highly efficient with check ins, booking of appointments, text appointment reminders and billing. I have already and will continue to refer patients to MAC Performance PT.

MAC has been amazing in helping me recover from shoulder surgery last year. Every team member at MAC is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. My shoulder is back to 100% now and I have MAC to thank for it. They've been amazing. Thank you!

I had my last PT visit at MAC Physical Therapy a few weeks ago, and after 7 months, I have full mobility and really feel like I am back to normal. I could not have done this without the team at MAC--Christie and Bailey were exceptional in guiding me through the process. This is the place to go if you need physical therapy!

MAC is a incredible place to find rehabilitation before and after surgery. I would recommend them hands down. Everyone has a passion to care for those who are in need! Thank you Christy for taking care of us, after my knee replacement due to a injury and my daughter who has EDS.

Love Mac Performance in Folsom. I been to numerous PT facilities in town and they are the the go to. . They have a real talent for turning my day around when I’m struggling with pain and frustration from total knee replacement. Getting stronger with every session and I actually look forward to them instead of dreading them. Bailey, Conner and Ricky are the best! Jeff Shank Folsom

I would highly recommend MAC performance. My physical therapist Conner is excellent. He is very knowledgeable. I had ankle surgery and did physical therapy with Sutter at first. There was no improvement so I switched to MAC. The improvement was quite noticeable. Here the therapist (Conner) was able to adjust the exercises accordingly. Also each session began with message to the area, which was not done in Sutter at all.

This place has been great. Front office is wonderful, easily got me scheduled for therapy prior to my knee replacement. My therapist is amazing. I’ve been having some difficulty progressing and she has listened sympathetically and worked with me and pushed me to reach my goals. I can’t say enough good stuff about her and MAC PT.

MAC is the best! I have been to several PT places in my 70 years, and MAC has surpassed them hands down. You are assured that your Therapist is fully trained and capable in giving you the help that you need to get you back to your best self. In 2017, I had therapy for shoulder surgery (then it was Results). I was so happy when I went back to MAC for another surgery that required therapy (2025) to see so many familiar faces! I knew I would be in good hands. Many of the employees have been there for years, which to me, says a lot about their loving their job. My surgeon also works alongside with MAC in monitoring the patients progress and has a PT representative present at post op appointments. Which I think is amazing! If you want to get heal and get back to your best, look no further! MAC is the place!

MAC Performance was great for the PT my back needed. Everyone is friendly, from the check-in, to the interns and PT's. My Physical Therapist Christy was fantastic! She was very skilled, knowledgeable, personable and caring. I learned many new exercises to aid in building a strong core and to help open up the space in my facet joints. Ultimately, I will be pursuing back injections, as much of my problem is structural. I highly recommend MAC Performance PT for any of your PT needs, and they also do athletic training as well for those interested.
